Policies
Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before rental. 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before. No refund within 24 hours.
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
If we cancel due to weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
Rental Experience
Arrive 15 min. early. Bring valid ID. Sign waivers. Receive safety briefing.
We recommend bringing: valid id and bear spray. All required safety equipment is provided.

Must be 25+ to rent and operate

Damage & Liability
Security deposit of $1500 is held until damage is assessed.Upon damage to the vehicle the security deposit will be help until payment is made by VQuip Insurance to Smith Adventures. If the damage is assessed to be in excess of $10,000 the security deposit may be held permanently to cover the deductible required for Smith Adventures general liability policy.

Renter's insurance through VQuip is required to purchase upon booking unit. VQuip insurance covers up to $10,000 in equipment damages.
