Policies

Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before rental. 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before. No refund within 24 hours.

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

If we cancel due to weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

Arrive 15 min. early. Bring valid ID. Sign waivers. Receive safety briefing.

We recommend bringing: valid id and bear spray. All required safety equipment is provided.

Must be 25+ to rent and operate

Valid Driver's Licence

Security deposit of $1500 is held until damage is assessed.

Renter's insurance is required to purchase upon booking unit.

Bookings must be made at least 1 hours in advance.
